I wanted to let you know how incredibly impressed I am with your service. From the time I saw your ad in the phonebook, and the way the woman answered the phone, I thought maybe I had made a good choice. I forgot to be home for the appointment (I still feel badly about that) and when I called the office she couldn't have been nicer. She asked me to hold and then came back and said he was turning around and was coming back to us!

The minute Roger showed up I knew it was a great choice! He put on booties and was so kind to my 2 year old who only wanted to call him Greg. He was a good sport about it. Roger took his time with our home and clearly explained things to me. I felt the pricing was fair and the service top notch.

Unfortunately customer service isn't what it used to be. I don't know how you have revived this lost art but keep it up and I will spread the word. Thank you for your service.
